Mark Ellis

Founder of Eagle Homes

Recently, Mark and his wife Joan, have celebrated 43 years of marriage, and Mark Ellis has devoted all 43 of those years to Modular Home sales and installations. Mark has extensive knowledge in all areas of Modular housing and he, along with family members who have taken ownership of various stores, guide the Eagle team all the way. Mark has put together a very professional team to look after all aspects of your home buying experience. Mark personally thanks all his customers from 1974 to present in trusting him with one of life’s most important purchase. Customers are always # 1 to Mark.



Mark has proudly represented Moduline Industries of Penticton for over 43 years. In the past, he has had the pleasure of sitting as the president of the Manufactured Housing association and has been a director for 11 years.

Eagle homes a family business with Marks family members taking ownership of various stores, Mark, personally thanks all his customers from 1974 to present in trusting him with one of the largest purchase made in life, look forward to serving your friends and family.

Joan and Mark have celebrated 43 years of marriage, God Bless every-one.

Ron Ellis

Ron was born and raised in Salmon Arm. He has been working in the Modular Homes industry since high school. He is familiar with all aspects of the business and is an expert when it comes to difficult installations.

Ron is an avid cyclist - his goal is to become professional class.

James Ellis

James has been born and raised in the industry of Manufactured homes. James has helped transport homes, set up the houses, and now for past 14 years he has been in sales and management. Having sold over 400 homes, he has the experience to insure homes are ordered correct and set up properly .

James enjoys his two boys in his off time and hobbies include boating, working out, and flying planes.

Jodi Bland

Accounting

Jodi enjoys sorting the mass of paper loading her desk daily. While she's never completely finished this insurmountable task, she still seems to find the time to be mother, cheerleader, and runner.

Jodi likes to hike trails with her kids, like Kal Park in Kelowna, Bear Creek in Adams Lake, and the trail across from Craigallachie.

Warren Ellis

Warren Ellis, Owner/Operator of Eagle Valley Transporting Ltd enjoys Skiing, Mountain Biking, Running, Fishing, Camping and staying up at Apex Mountain any chance he can get. Warren is a father of 3 amazing children and is always on the search for their "Next Adventure"

Dave and Reene Wear

Drywallers

Dave and Reene pride themselves on doing quality drywall and they joined the Eagle Homes team in 2005 and many years later are still going strong.

They enjoy their many friends, fishing, gardening, and building relationships in their many travels with Eagle Homes.

Paddy Drohan

Set-Up Crew Chief

Paddy is originally from Ireland and came to Canada on an agricultural exchange program. That program took him to Saskatchewan where he meet his wife Cathy. He know has 3 grown children and has been in BC for 20 years.  Paddy entered the construction industry 25 years ago and has been with eaglehomes for 7 years.  He enjoys world travel with his wife during his faction time.. Paddy makes sure our customers are taken care of every time.

Jessica Sutherland

Executive Sales Director

Jessica joined the Eagle Homes team in 2007. Since starting she has worked in many different roles from reception, bookkeeping, payroll, and human resources.  The knowledge and experience she gained of the company operations as well as her background in business and administration, prepared her for her role as Executive Sales Director. Jessica assists the sales team throughout all our offices, so you may find her at any one of our five locations.

When not at in the office, Jessica enjoys walking or hiking with her dog Cosmo, spending time outdoors, traveling the world, or riding the roads as she recently acquired her motorcycle license.

Teri Gordon

Eagle Valley Transporting

Teri Gordon started with Eagle Homes in 2009. Her many duties include Assisting the Sales Team,  Training new employees and Marketing for Eagle Homes Sales Salmon Arm.  Teri is also the “Go to Gal” for Eagle Valley Transporting Ltd. Her duties are HR, Bookkeeping & Dispatching all upcoming deliveries.  She keeps tight communication with the Setup Crews, Subcontractors and the Drivers of Eagle Valley Transporting for each delivery, enabling successful deliveries and very happy customers.

Teri has a passion for Dance and runs her own Dance Studio in Blind Bay on the side.  She is also a Yoga Instructor and teaches private sessions at the lake.

When Teri is not at work, you will find her with her family that she loves spending most of her time Skiing, Camping, Hiking & Swimming at the Beach.

Wayne Postnikoff

Eagle Homes Specialist

Wayne has been a lifelong resident of Castlegar and loves the Kootenays.

Wayne hobbies include spending time with his spouse and children, golfing and playing slowpitch with friends and family, exploring the back country of the Kootenays on his motorbike, and enjoys cooking with his spouse.

Wayne is also passionate about his garlic garden with 6 different varieties and plans to expand.

Wayne has been enjoying sales in the industry for over 17 years, and has gained much knowledge through these years. He takes extreme pride in customer service and is eager to help you with your New Home and extends a personal invitation for you to come and see him at Eagle Homes Castlegar.

Jamie is originally from the Cariboo ( 100 Mile House) and has relocated to Kamloops with her two son’s, Ethan and Ryly.  Jamie is a country girl at heart, she enjoys mudding, sledding, camping, baseball, and spending time with her family.

Jamie has 15 years’ experience in customer service, and is quite excited to be able to utilize her experience with Eagle Homes, as well as obtain knowledge of the modular industry

Wayne Landriault

Wayne Landriault brings 30 years experience to Eagle Valley Transporting Ltd. His interests are driving, fishing (especially with his grandson), and Mexico. Wayne also loves spending quality time with his family and grandchildren.

Robert Morrell

Robert Celebrated his 27th year in the Modular Home Industry in January 2017.

A recent opportunity to be on the “Eagle Homes Team” lead to his relocation to Salmon Arm.

In the past, Robert has worked for both the retail end and with Moduline on the Manufacturing side. His career experience & knowledge has come from both sales and management titles. He has served on the board of directors of the MHA Prairie Provinces and was one of the first people to write and achieve the Manufactured Housing Consulting Certificate.

Robert loves the industry and looks forward to helping you through your new home buying process.

Robin McLachlan

Home Specialist

Robin was born and raised in Prince George, starting very early into our industry selling Moduline. Robin moved to Kamloops in ’99 to be in our warmer climate. Robin has 24 years’ experience in our industry and has extensive knowledge from Park models to full basement projects. He has partnered in a development on his own as well as being involved in 6 previous.  During his rare down time, you will find him on the ball fields playing, watching the younger players, camping or out on the golf courses that our beautiful area offers.

Victoria Hurley

Administrative Assistant

Victoria spent most of her childhood in the Shuswap. After graduating she went on to explore the rest of Canada for a few years.  She gained knowledge and work experience in various provinces and found her way back to Salmon Arm.

Victoria Started With Eagle Homes in 2016.  She brings to us her extensive knowledge of Reception skills, Customer Service & Bookkeeping skills.  She is a true Team Player!  You will see her at our Salmon Arm & Kamloops Sales Offices,  as well as at our Corporate office assisting the office managers the with mounds of paperwork, service & warranty, and accounts payable.

Victoria's personality is a true fit to the team and we are lucky to have her on board.

Krystal Hamilton

Receptionist

Krystal was born and raised in Cranbrook. She has previously worked in the health care industry, as well as assisted with operations of her family cleaning business for much of her life. She joined the Eagle Homes team in April of 2016.

When she is not in the office, she enjoys practicing yoga, and enjoying all the beautiful pleasures that BC has to offer, including paddleboarding, camping, and taking walks with her miniature pinscher, Colorado.

Blake McKibbon

Roots are important, so is family & so is fun and its great to live and work here in Cranbrook, when you can make the time for family & the great outdoors you are living the Kootenay dream.   Cranbrook has given a great life to Blake.

September 2013 him & his “wife” were blessed with an eight pound three ounce baby boy. In some ways we are always working, but keeping busy is what Blake likes to do. He understands what building a home takes with his experience working in the construction industry.  It has been a definite asset being able to use his skill set within his Career at Eagle homes.

You can find Blake working on projects or enjoying his time off and all that life with his family has to offer.



Tyler Loo

Sales Consultant

Tyler grew up in the Castlegar area and has many strong roots here. He moved away and lived in Kelowna for 18 years but recently moved back to this area to be close to family and to enjoy the Kootenay lifestyle.

Tyler has spent the last 15 years in sales of various industries and products.  He takes great pride in customer service  and is very excited to be part of the Eagle Homes team.

When Tyler is not at work, you will find him out working in his yard or enjoying many sports and activities, such as golf, dirt biking, mountain biking, hiking, skiing and playing hockey.
