3twenty Modular Homes

3twenty Modular is a Saskatoon-based manufacturer and designer of modular structures. With an initial focus on offices and workforce housing, 3twenty has been providing Canada’s construction, oil and gas, and mining industries with durable and high quality modular structures since 2009.

3twenty Modular’s original growth strategy has been centered on work site offices and camps, however, customized modular solutions has quickly become 3twenty’s mainstay. When customization, durability, and speed are 3twenty customers’ main priorities, they will be most competitive. 3twenty Modular has also grown significantly by establishing a rental division. The company rent and own over 100 of own modular structures across Canada.

In October 2015, 3twenty Modular moved to a newly constructed manufacturing facility on 5 acres of land in Saskatoon’s Biz Hub Industrial Park. This factory allows to build 16 modular units at one time. Depending on the type of unit, modular structures are completed within 2-12 weeks.

3twenty employs between 15-25 full time staff who lead the project management, design, quality control, safety, and contribute to several aspects of production.
