2.1 ADVANTAGES OF A GOSCOBEC PREFABRICATED HOME
Prefabrication allows the work to be carried out in a controlled environment (protected from the elements) and from the ground level up, which ensures prime building quality at every step. Working from our factory also means our products are more cost-effective and eco-friendly than traditional constructions, mostly because we can reduce the amount of waste and install the insulation more carefully. 3. MODULAR HOME WARRANTY
3.1 GENERAL MODULAR HOME WARRANTY
For a 1-year period following the delivery of a house on its foundation, Goscobec commits to correct any defect in the construction and to replace or repair any defective material. This warranty is applicable only if the house is reasonably well-kept. The client must send a written request to the after-sales service department.
3.2 WARRANTY ON COMPONENTS
Aplicable for the following components:
- electrical wiring
- interior wall sheating (excepted plaster, paint, and wallpaper)
- pieces of wood and metal frames (including structural walls, roof frame, wood and metal beams, lintels, and roof)

Always on the lookout for new technologies, how to improve the community, and client requirements, Goscobec evolved in time by setting up our own eco-friendly construction program:

The program brings together about a hundred ecological and durable options, all inspired by the LEED (Leadership in energy and Environmental Design) requirements and Novoclimat™ program.
